When you use Reframe, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Profile picture (if available through your Google or Apple login)
• Thought entries you submit to Reframe

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Authenticate your login via Apple or Google
• Allow you to track and revisit your thought entries
• Generate responses using OpenAI’s ChatGPT API

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers:

• OpenAI (ChatGPT API) — Your submitted thought is securely sent to OpenAI to generate a response. No personal data is sent with the thought.
• Supabase — Used to securely store your name, email, and thought logs.

We do not share your data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

4. Your Thoughts Are Yours

• We never use your thought logs to train AI models.
• Your thoughts are not sold, analyzed for ads, or shared with third parties.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols through Supabase to protect your data in transit and at rest.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You can request to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us or via in-app settings (if available).

7. Children’s Privacy

Reframe is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. International Users

If you’re outside the U.S., your data may be processed and stored in the United States. By using Reframe, you consent to this transfer.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of any material changes via in-app notice or email.
